Disney/Pixar’s Day of the Dead movie Coco scored a lively opening day at the domestic box office Wednesday, enough to push it past last weekend’s champ Justice League. The holiday moviegoing season officially got underway Wednesday, with the release of Disney/Pixar’s latest animated fantasy and the Charles Dickens-themed biographical comedy drama The Man Who Invented Christmas, as well as the expansion of the Denzel Washington legal thriller Roman J. Israel, Esq.
