Cult of Chucky director Don Mancini reveals that arguably the film’s most gruesome death was almost entirely different. Over the course of the nearly 30-year history of the Child’s Play franchise, Chucky has shown himself to be a very creative killer, using all kinds of complex means to vanquish his victims. Some of these classic kills are even directly referenced by the diminutive death dealer in Cult, such as the time he beat a mean teacher to death with a yardstick in Child’s Play 2.
