Justice League fan Roberto Mata, who launched the online petition calling for Warner Bros. to release Zack Snyder’s cut of the ensemble film, has started a fundraiser to produce a Snyder Cut documentary. The narrative surrounding the first ever live-action Justice League film is hardly what anybody expected (or wanted). Initially, Snyder envisioned it as the culmination of his own Superman trilogy, following Man of Steel and Batman V Superman. However, those works proved to be extremely divisive with critics and fans, which made the studio attempt a last-minute course correction to improve Justice League late in the game.
