Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, widely considered one of the most polarizing movies ever, is finally receiving the RiffTrax treatment. Upon the film’s theatrical release, a number of aspects received healthy amounts of criticism, with everyone from professional comic creators to the actors themselves expressing their thoughts on the final product. Among the most controversial elements were the poor design for Doomsday and the now-infamous “Save Martha” sequence.
Given all this, it was only a matter of time before Batman V Superman wound up in the cross-hairs of the professional bad movie assassins at RiffTrax. For the better part of a year since the movie’s release for home viewing, fans of the online movie-mocking platform have been waiting with baited breath for RiffTrax host Michael J. Nelson and company to take on the DCEU’s team-up.
