Ron Howard has officially wrapped post-production on Solo: A Star Wars Story, finally bringing the movie to the end of its long and winding journey to the big screen. Howard, of course, took over the spinoff almost a year ago when original helmsmen Phil Lord and Chris Miller were fired by Lucasfilm four months into filming due to creative differences. By all accounts, Solo essentially started from scratch under Howard’s watch, as the Oscar-winner reportedly reshot 80 percent of the material. The production issues raised several red flags, but now things are running much more smoothly.
