Henry Cavill has offered a quick update on Man Of Steel 2, and his future in the Superman role. Cavill first played the role in 2013’s Man Of Steel, which offered a more brooding take on the famously wholesome character. Director Zack Snyder’s vision of the material was met with mixed reactions, with particular criticism focused on the destructive finale, and Superman being forced to kill Zod to save lives. Some fans felt this was wildly out of character, whilst others thought it made the character more complex than past versions.
