Avengers: Infinity War co-director Joe Russo confirms that despite Gamora’s death at the hands of Thanos, she’s still alive inside the Soul Stone. Avengers 3 ended with half the universe being wiped out, but it seems safe to assume many of those lives will be restored in Avengers 4. After all, the Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man both have films coming up and it’s unlikely the massively popular Black Panther is gone for good. But there’s a few deaths in Avengers: Infinity War that are real.
