It’s that time of year again, when ghosts and ghouls come out to play and cosplay is embraced by everyone. With grown-ups, kids, animals and even celebrities all getting in on the action, half the fun of Halloween is simply seeing all the creative and painstakingly crafted costumes that people come up with.
