A new clip for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 shows the first meeting before Star-Lord and his father, Ego. The sequel to James Gunn’s 2014 hit is already out internationally and will arrive in domestic theaters next week, telling the continuing story of the roguish space-travelers. Bringing Chris Pratt back as Peter Quill aka Star-Lord, alongside a cast that also includes Dave Bautista as Drax, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Vin Diesel as Groot and Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, the sequel – like the original – is directed and written by James Gunn and has already earned some good reviews from critics.
