Kevin Hart has signed on to star in Universal’s remake of The Great Outdoors. The funny man has steadily climbed the ranks to comedy superstardom thanks to box office hits like Ride Along, Central Intelligence and The Secret Life of Pets. Hart looks to continue his dominance with upcoming projects like the Jumanji sequel/reboot, and the actor was even considered for the role of the Genie in Disney’s upcoming Aladdin live action remake. While it looks like that part may instead go to megastar Will Smith, there’s no denying that Hart is currently in his comedic prime when it comes to films that resonate with audiences.
