Even though the release of Wonder Woman is a little over a month out, director Patty Jenkins says she is already thinking about ideas for a sequel. Starring Gal Gadot in the titular role, the DCEU origins movie about the Amazon warrior princess – set to debut in theaters June 2 – has been a long time in the making. Lynda Carter, of course, made the DC Comics superhero famous in live-action form with the ABC TV series in the 1970s, and sadly, an attempt to bring the character back to TV in 2011 with Adrienne Palicki in the lead, fell short.
