Audiences will have to wait a little bit longer to learn about the early days of the famed outlaw, as Robin Hood: Origins has been pushed back 6 months. Like most public domain properties, many attempts have been made over the years to craft a blockbuster based around Robin Hood and his companions. In the next few years, there are plans for a dystopian future Robin Hood film and a movie focusing on Maid Marian starring Margot Robbie. Beating all of them to theaters, however, will be Robin Hood: Origins.
