The latest production news from Venom points to a potential later start date for filming than previously expected. It’s hard to believe that this time last year, the idea of movie focused on Venom seemed a world away. Earlier this year, however, Sony announced plans for the Spider-Man movie that will somehow not involve the wall-crawler. Still, with Tom Hardy in the lead role and Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland) directing, things are looking pretty good for the anti-hero film.
