Stephen and Donald Glover consulted with director Ryan Coogler on Black Panther‘s script days before shooting began. Marvel Studios is one of the biggest studios in Hollywood, but they have a very intimate process when it comes to making their films. The “Marvel Family” consults when possible (i.e. how Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War teams worked together to create Wakanda), and that was no different when it came to the making of Black Panther.
