Marvel icon Stan Lee has been rushed to the hospital due to an irregular heartbeat, and is currently in a stable condition. There aren’t many figures in the comic book industry as well-known, impactful, and beloved as Lee. He’s one of the biggest reasons Marvel comics grew to the place it is now, and responsible for the creation of several of their most popular characters. If it wasn’t for him creating Iron Man, Hulk, Spider-Man, the X-Men, and the Fantastic Four, not only would the comic book landscape look incredibly different, but so too would Hollywood.
