A new fan made trailer for Venom has been released. A number of movie trailers have been revealed in the last few weeks, largely due to the Super Bowl. While many trailers released in the past month have fans excited for the upcoming films, some received less than enthusiastic reception. Arguably, the recent trailer to receive the most derision is the first trailer for Venom.
The biggest complaint for the teaser trailer was that there was no footage of Venom. Due to a very short amount of time between the movie completing filming and the release of the trailer, there was plenty of footage of Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock – Venom’s alter ego – but none of Venom himself.
