The Handmaid’s Tale star Elisabeth Moss has joined the cast of The Kitchen, an adaptation of the Vertigo comic book about mob wives taking over the business. Tiffany Haddish was first to sign on for the New Line feature, followed later by Melissa McCarthy. Andrea Berloff (Straight Outta Compton) will write the script and also direct, marking her feature film helming debut.
