Wonder actor Jacob Tremblay will star in Universal’s R-rated comedy Good Boys. Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky of The Office wrote the movie’s script and will also direct. The story, described as being in the vein of Superbad, follows four 12-year-olds as they skip school for a day of comedic adventure.
Young budding star Tremblay was just 7-years-old when he acted in Room, playing a 5-year-old boy living in a small space with his kidnapped mother, played by Brie Larson. The film proved to be both Larson’s break-out and Tremblay’s. Last year, Tremblay impressed again playing Auggie in the surprise hit Wonder.
