Tom Hardy will be in good company for his next feature, Fonzo. Directed by Fantastic Four’s Josh Trank, the Al Capone biopic now boasts an accomplished supporting cast.
Starring Hardy as the infamous Chicago gangster, Fonzo will focus on Capone’s later years, and the consequences of his violent and sexual past. Earlier this month, Hardy confirmed his involvement, though the film itself will reportedly emphasize Capone’s jailhouse years, while he suffered from syphilis, instead of the glamorous life before his arrest for which he’s more well known. Now, Hardy will be joined by a supporting cast full of names that will be familiar to movie fans.
