The first images from the set of Suburbicon tease a tense production starring an exceptionally-angry Matt Damon. Directed by George Clooney, the upcoming crime comedy film features an original screenplay penned by the Coen brothers. Serving as a followup to Hail, Caesar! from early last year, Clooney and the Coen Brothers will set their creative sights next on a particularly provocative home invasion caper.
Preceded by Clooney’s last directorial turn in the form of The Monuments Men from 2014, Suburbicon will see the A-list actor honing in on a more domestic setting of potential conflict, come time of the new movie’s fall 2017 release date.
