Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok will begin reshoots in Atlanta, GA starting next week. And with Spider-Man: Homecoming set to hit theaters in just a few short days, Marvel fans can start looking forward once again to Ragnarok, which will be the third and final film released by Marvel Studios in 2017. Set to be the conclusion to the studio’s standalone Thor franchise, the film is shaping up to be one of Marvel Studios’ most unusual and unexpected theatrical outings to date, with a comedic tone and style that feels reminiscent at times of the John Carpenter-directed movies of the 1980s, like Big Trouble in Little China.
