Cyborg’s tone was one of the things changed during the ongoing Justice League reshoots. The DC Extended Universe officially launched with Zack Snyder’s Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice last year — a follow-up to the director’s Man of Steel in 2013 — and now the narrative that was established in that film will continue in the filmmaker’s Justice League this fall.
