Netflix has assigned a premiere date to 1922, an original movie adaptation of Stephen King’s novella of the same name. This will already be Netflix’s second attempt at adapting King material, with a movie adaptation of Gerald’s Game now set to arrive on the service in September. 1922 is but one in a string of soon-to-be released or currently-in-development adaptations of the horror master’s work, on both the big and small screens.
