Despite recently hitting pay dirt with Suicide Squad, critical acclaim continues to elude Warner Bros. Pictures’ DC Extended Universe, perhaps most notably Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Despite featuring two of the most iconic and popular comic book characters in history together on the big screen for the first time, the movie was met with a polarizing mixed-to-negative response.
