Warner Brothers’ Justice League promises a lot of firsts for its catalog of DC comic superheroes – among them the first non-cameo appearance of The Flash, Cyborg, and Aquaman in a major motion picture. Unfortunately, the latter has historically had a laughable reputation, which is even touched on in the film’s Comic-Con trailer with a quip from Bruce Wayne – “Arthur Curry, I hear you can talk to fish.” Besides this, Zack Snyder’s vision of the aquatic warrior is no one to be trifled with.
