Activision Blizzard Studios is planning to turn Call of Duty into a ‘Marvel-esque’ cinematic universe that may launch in 2018. The race to make the first universally liked video game movie continues. There was hope at the start of 2016 that after all these years, things would change, but both Warcraft and Assassin’s Creed left much to be desired. There may still be rumblings that both could see sequels, but even then expectations would be incredibly low. Now, the attention has turned to Tomb Raider, The Division, or even Splinter Cell to right the ship, but there is another new hopeful player.
