Tom Cruise and Simon Pegg are recalling the fun they had at the expense of co-star Henry Cavill on the set of Mission: Impossible – Fallout. The Mission: Impossible franchise, of course, has long been a part of Cruise’s life, beginning in 1996 with his role as super spy Ethan Hunt in the first big screen adaptation of the classic TV series, and continuing with five additional chapters including the upcoming Fallout this summer.
The franchise has added some memorable actors to Cruise’s troupe along the way, including Ving Rhames as computer hacker Luther Steckell since the first film; Simon Pegg as the hilarious tech expert, Benji Dunn, in 2006’s Mission: Impossible III; and Rebecca Ferguson as former MI6 agent and Hunt’s ally Isla Faust, and Sean Harris as Hunt’s chief nemesis in Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation.
