Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s Phil Coulson’s long-awaited reunion with the Avengers is something that will certainly get resolved according to Marvel TV’s head honcho Jeph Loeb. Clark Gregg made his debut as Agent Coulson in Jon Favreau’s Iron Man in 2008 alongside Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, aka Iron Man. He ended up reprising his role in Iron Man 2, Thor, and then again in The Avengers – not to mention in two Marvel One-Shots as well – but that was the last time that audiences saw him on the big screen.
