Disney and Guy Ritchie’s live-action Aladdin will feature two new songs by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the Academy Award-winning songwriters behind The Greatest Showman and La La Land. Walt Disney Studios has had a great deal of success in recent years with their live-action adaptations of feature films from their animated classics catalogue, including Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, and The Jungle Book. As a result, the studio has a number of upcoming adaptations in the works, such as Aladdin, Mulan, The Lion King – and plenty more.
