Wonder Woman 2 will film select scenes with IMAX cameras. It’s a big change from the first Wonder Woman, none of which was specifically shot in the format. But it’s also a step toward the future, starting when 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War marks the first time IMAX cameras are used to shoot an entire tentpole.
