Josh Gad threw his (top) hat into the ring to play Penguin recently, and fans have already started imagining how he could look in the role, via fan-art. It’s not clear if the famous Caped Crusader villain is headed to the DC Extended Universe anytime soon (even with director Matt Reeves’ The Batman on the horizon), but it’s certainly plausible that the umbrellas and monocles-wielding baddie will be taking to the big screen once more, in the foreseeable future.
Reeves’ tentative Batman solo film is unlikely to reach theaters until 2019, as it stands, so it may be a while until we know for certain which DC Comics ...
