With the Fantastic Four set to join Marvel’s Cinematic Universe thanks to the Fox-Disney buyout, an epic piece of fan art imagines John Krasinski as Reed Richards, aka Mr. Fantastic, in the MCU.
The history of the Fantastic Four on our screens is a complicated one, and from an unreleased ’90s movie to Tim Story’s noughties movies and Josh Trank’s Fant4stic, directors have struggled to get the superpowered team right. However, with an impending reboot of the series, whoever nabs the role as Richards to join the MCU is sure to be a very lucky man indeed.
