Disney has officially unveiled a synopsis for Solo: A Star Wars Story, confirming the film will cover how Han met his beloved co-pilot, Chewbacca (among other details). The spinoff took a rather unusual path to the big screen with a shocking director change and plethora of reshoots, but Lucasfilm remains confident in the project, planning to release it in the busy month of May. Solo will face serious box office competition during its theatrical run, but the last few years have proven the galaxy far, far away is the lead dog of the multiplex.
