Warner Bros. is double dipping with Batman on the big screen. Most of this attention has gone towards Ben Affleck’s portrayal of the iconic character, but before he made his debut, it was Will Arnett who stole the show as the Caped Crusader in The LEGO Movie. Two years later, Arnett’s lonely Batman is set to star in his own spinoff movie, The LEGO Batman Movie. With his newfound stardom comes a new world to explore, and with that comes Batman’s entire rogues gallery.
Even in a LEGO adventure, it is still Batman’s archnemesis Joker – voiced by Zach Galifianakis – that will be the primary villain of the film, but he will not be alone. Earlier today, WB announced the expanded voice cast of the film that includes many familiar voices attached to the Batman villains. Now Joker has taken it upon himself to introduce his super villain buddies.
