When it comes to Comic-Cons, San Diego is always the venue for studios to bring attention to some of their biggest upcoming films. Hall H is primarily the beneficiary of these panels with Warner Bros and Marvel Studios often stealing the majority of the headlines. While SDCC is undoubtedly the biggest con, New York Comic-Con is the easily the second most popular. NYCC is usually more television based than SDCC, but the later date allows studios one last chance to get the promotional campaign starting for films that will already be in theaters by the following SDCC.
