As the theatrical premiere of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story draws ever closer, Lucasfilm’s marketing efforts have been ramped up to 11. Just in the past week, the studio released a featurette detailing the film’s status as a prequel to the original trilogy, and the Star Wars Galactic Atlas revealed more details about Rogue One‘s new characters and locations. Additionally, a new poster hinted at the spinoff’s World War II inspirations, which can also be felt in the Mon Calamari Admiral Raddus.
Since the calendar flipped to November, Lucasfilm’s top priority has been TV spots, as several advertisements have been unveiled to give small screen viewers a taste of what to expect in their next trip to the galaxy far, far away.
