In honor of the 75th anniversary of Batman, today is a very special Batman Day. Social media has already been sharing their favorite moments to come from Batman, with Zack Snyder even joining in on the fun. After Ben Affleck’s debut as the character in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, he will be leading and assembling a team of superheroes in Justice League prior to stepping back into Gotham for his solo film.
One of the main supporting characters that is set to be featured in both films is Commissioner Jim Gordon, played by J.K. Simmons. With Justice League in the homestretch of filming and in honor of #BatmanDay, Snyder has released the first look at Simmons on set.
