Writer/director Damien Chazelle made a name for himself back in 2014 when Whiplash was hailed as one of the best films of that year, and it looks like the rising talent was no fluke. His next feature, La La Land, is a modern day throwback to the grand old Hollywood musical and is considered one of the top contenders for awards this season.
