While both were successful at the box office, neither Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice or Suicide Squad won the sort of critical and fan acclaim that Warner Bros. was likely hoping for. The two films did serve to give us a good introduction to Ben Affleck’s version of Bruce Wayne and the Batman, however. Many considered his portrayal of the character to be the best thing in Batman V Superman, and are looking forward to seeing more of him in Justice League and the upcoming solo Batman film.
