Disney’s live-action musical, Beauty and the Beast is heading into the home stretch of its marketing campaign, with just over a month and a half left until it opens in U.S. theaters. The film is co-written and directed by Oscar-winner Bill Condon (Dreamgirls, Mr. Holmes) and stars Emma Watson as Belle, opposite Dan Stevens as the vain human prince who is transformed into a monstrous creature, after he crosses an enchantress the wrong way. Similar to Disney and director Jon Favreau’s The Jungle Book, Condon’s Beauty and the Beast looks to remain largely faithful to its famous Mouse House-animaed predecessor, even as it incorporates some fresh material (such as new original songs) into the mix.
