Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets may only be a month away from hitting theaters, but it’s just added a new cast member — Elizabeth Debicki — for some last-minute voice-over work. The project, based on a graphic novel, is an English-language French film set to hit theaters on July 21. The film is directed by Luc Besson (The Fifth Element), and stars Cara Delevingne and Dane DeHaan.
