Now that it’s 2017, we’re just 6 short months away from the release of Transformers: The Last Knight, the latest entry into the Michael Bay series. The movie looks to be ratcheting things up considerably from the last installment, which featured the fan-favorite Dinobots. Now, the Autobots and Decepticons look to be battling it out across time, including the fictitious past of King Arthur’s Camelot to which the subtitle alludes. The fifth film in the franchise will break new ground in other ways also, as it will serve as a jumping off point for a number of proposed spinoffs currently being crafted by the the Transformers franchise story group.
